1. Scope
These Affiliate Programme Terms govern your participation in the ARX Sentinel affiliate programme. They apply in addition to the main site terms, privacy notice, and any specific commercial terms we confirm with you in writing.
By applying for, joining, or using an ARX affiliate code or referral link, you agree to these terms.
2. What you are allowed to do
We may issue you one or more affiliate codes or referral links. You may use them to refer genuine prospective customers to the ARX Sentinel website.
Your affiliate dashboard may show clicks, leads, credited sales, pending commission, approved commission, paid commission, and payout-status information. Dashboard figures are operational records only and may be adjusted if we detect invalid or non-qualifying sales.
3. What counts as a qualifying sale
A qualifying sale is a completed ARX Sentinel purchase that we accept, successfully process, attribute to your affiliate code or referral link, and retain as valid after our fraud, refund, chargeback, and compliance checks.
A sale does not qualify, or may stop qualifying, if it is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled during the guarantee period, identified as fraudulent, linked to self-referral, linked to your own business or household without our approval, or obtained through prohibited marketing methods.
4. 30-day hold and payout timing
Commission is not payable immediately. Each referred sale enters a hold period designed to protect ARX during the 30-day guarantee window and other operational review periods.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, commission only becomes eligible for payout after the sale has remained valid for at least 30 full days from purchase and no refund, reversal, dispute, or cancellation has affected that sale.
If your dashboard shows commission as pending, that amount is still inside the hold period. If it shows commission as approved, the hold period has cleared. If it shows commission as paid, we have released that amount through the configured payout route.
5. Refunds, disputes, reversals, and clawbacks
You are not entitled to commission on refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise non-qualifying sales.
If a referred sale is refunded, reversed, disputed, or otherwise becomes non-qualifying before commission is paid, we may void that commission entirely.
If commission has already been paid on a sale that later becomes refunded, reversed, disputed, or non-qualifying, we may withhold future payouts, offset the amount against future commission, recover the overpayment, or use any combination of those actions.
6. Payout setup and automation
We may require you to complete third-party payout onboarding, identity verification, tax information, and banking or wallet setup before any commission can be paid.
If automatic payout is enabled, payout automation only applies to commission that has already cleared the hold period and only while your payout setup remains valid and operational.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed payouts caused by incorrect beneficiary information, incomplete onboarding, third-party payout-provider review, sanctions or compliance checks, or issues with your external bank or payment account.
7. Restricted conduct
You must market ARX lawfully, fairly, and honestly. You must not make misleading claims about profitability, imply guaranteed returns, impersonate ARX, or present yourself as our employee, agent, investment adviser, or regulated financial representative.
- No spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or unlawful direct marketing.
- No fake coupons, fake scarcity, fake reviews, or fake testimonials.
- No self-referrals, household self-referrals, or purchases made mainly to trigger commission.
- No bidding on ARX brand terms, misspellings, or branded domains unless we approve it in writing.
- No paid ads, landing pages, or content that breach platform rules, financial-promotion rules, consumer law, or advertising standards.
- No statements that ARX Sentinel is risk-free, guaranteed, passive income, or certain to produce profits.
8. Compliance and financial-promotion responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the law and platform rules in every country, state, or region where you promote ARX. That includes advertising law, consumer law, privacy law, anti-spam rules, and any restrictions relevant to trading or financial-product promotion.
Where a disclaimer is needed, you must use a clear and prominent disclaimer. You must not target restricted audiences or jurisdictions where your marketing would be unlawful.
9. Our rights over programme operation
We may accept, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate any affiliate relationship, code, referral link, dashboard access, or payout route at any time where we reasonably consider it necessary for legal, compliance, reputational, fraud, abuse, operational, or commercial reasons.
We may correct tracking errors, reverse mistaken credits, reclassify invalid sales, delay payout while we investigate, or refuse payout if we reasonably suspect abuse or non-compliance.
10. Taxes and legal status
You are an independent contractor and not our employee, worker, agent, franchisee, joint-venture partner, or representative. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, fiduciary duty, or authority to bind ARX.
You are solely responsible for your own taxes, reporting, invoicing where required, and compliance obligations arising from affiliate income.
11. Liability
We do not guarantee any particular conversion rate, sales volume, commission level, dashboard uptime, or payout schedule beyond what the programme rules and applicable law require.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunity, lost income expectations, advertising spend, or reputational loss arising from your participation in the affiliate programme.
