If you buy, subscribe, download, connect, activate, approve orders, enable automation, or use an ARX product, these are the terms that govern that use.
Software-only trading products with portal delivery, licensing, product updates, signals, and optional automation where supported.
You choose the broker account, operating mode, risk settings, and whether automation is enabled or paused.
Your chosen plan, billing cycle, and price are the ones shown at checkout when you buy.
ARX products are software only. They do not give us custody of your funds, ownership of your account, or discretion to make personal financial decisions for you. Any automation runs only through the permissions, settings, and broker access you provide.
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, subscription, download, installation, connection, activation, and use of ARX Momentum AI, ARX Sentinel, and any related files, dashboards, signals, proposed orders, updates, install guides, portal access, and support materials we make available.
In these terms, 'ARX Algorithms', 'we', 'us', and 'our' mean the business operating the ARX products. 'You' and 'your' mean the customer or user buying or using a product.
By placing an order, subscribing, downloading software, connecting an API key, activating a licence, approving an order, enabling automation, or using any ARX product, you agree to these terms.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or state of residence. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of ARX products is lawful where you live and where your broker, VPS, trading platform, and trading account are based.
You must not use ARX products where doing so would breach law, regulation, broker terms, prop-firm terms, employer restrictions, tax-wrapper rules, or any other account-specific restrictions that apply to you.
ARX Momentum AI is software for equities and ETF momentum analysis, dashboard reporting, signals, proposed orders, and optional Trading 212 automation where supported. ARX Sentinel is software designed for MetaTrader 4 forex automation.
Neither product is a brokerage service, fund, managed account, copy-trading service, social-trading service, custodian, trustee, financial adviser, discretionary portfolio manager, or investment manager.
We do not take custody of your money, pool customer funds, withdraw money from your account, hold client money, or become authorised to make personal financial decisions for you.
You keep your own broker account, you control your own funds, you choose the operating mode and limits, and you remain responsible for all trading activity carried out through your account.
Any descriptions on our website about research, signals, rankings, policy updates, install flow, automation, or support are part of the software product offering, but they do not amount to a promise that the software will suit every broker, API, VPS, market condition, tax wrapper, or trading objective.
When you pay for an active plan, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased ARX product for your own internal trading use only.
Product-specific technical limits may apply. ARX Sentinel may be limited to one MT4 account and one machine at any one time. ARX Momentum AI may be limited to one customer account, one connected broker account, or other portal-enforced limits shown in the product.
We may require account verification, machine fingerprinting, API-connection checks, broker-account identifiers, or periodic licence checks to enforce licensing, security, and anti-abuse controls.
Licence resets, reissues, or migration help may be offered through the portal or support channels, but those are controlled by our policy and may be rate-limited, refused, or conditioned on anti-abuse checks.
To protect the product and other customers, you agree not to misuse ARX Sentinel or any related files, guides, portal downloads, or support materials.
Your order is formed when checkout is completed successfully and we accept your payment. Prices, taxes, billing intervals, and plan labels are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases in the future.
Monthly and yearly plans are subscription plans and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
Billing is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. You authorise us and our payment provider to collect the amounts due for your chosen plan using your selected payment method.
ARX products are digital-content and software products delivered through online checkout, email, customer portals, dashboards, API connections, downloads, or licence activation. Supply may begin immediately after purchase through portal access, dashboard access, software delivery, licence issuance, signal access, or activation capability.
Where you ask us to start supplying digital content immediately, you acknowledge that performance can begin straight away. Your cancellation rights for digital content supplied immediately may be reduced, excluded, or otherwise affected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may offer a limited setup guarantee where stated at checkout or on the product page. If a setup guarantee applies and you follow the setup path we provide but still cannot get the purchased product installed, connected, or functioning as specified within the stated window, contact support within that window and we will apply the stated remedy.
That setup guarantee is limited to setup, licensing, and guided activation. It is not a guarantee of profitability, trading performance, broker suitability, or future results.
Except for that limited setup guarantee, your statutory rights, anything expressly stated at checkout, or anything else we agree in writing, fees are non-refundable once digital delivery, licence issuance, download access, or activation capability has begun.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed, not provided with reasonable care and skill where that standard applies, or otherwise fails to meet mandatory consumer-law requirements.
A lifetime plan means a continuing licence for the commercial life of the specific ARX product you bought. It does not mean your natural lifetime, guaranteed support forever, or a promise that third-party platforms such as MT4, Trading 212, brokers, APIs, VPS providers, data providers, or operating systems will remain available forever.
For ARX Momentum AI, a lifetime plan has the same meaning for the commercial life of the specific Momentum product purchased. It does not guarantee that Trading 212, any broker API, supported instrument, tax wrapper, data provider, or automation pathway will remain available forever.
We may retire, replace, or stop supporting a lifetime product where this is reasonably necessary because of business changes, regulatory requirements, fraud or abuse risk, third-party dependency changes, technical infeasibility, API removal, platform end-of-life, or materially changed operating conditions. Where we do so, we will act reasonably, but we do not guarantee perpetual future development or perpetual compatibility.
The customer portal or product dashboard is the primary place for access, licence visibility, downloads, signals, settings, and related account actions. We may also use email magic links and support channels to help with access and onboarding.
We may update the software, signal engine, install guide, bundled files, licence logic, supported workflows, dashboard, automation controls, and product messaging at any time to improve the product, maintain security, adapt to changing platforms, or reduce abuse.
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis only. Unless we explicitly promise a service level in writing, we do not guarantee response times, uninterrupted availability, or that support will solve every broker, VPS, or user-specific issue.
Where a product offers Manual, Assisted, or Automated modes, those modes describe how the software output is delivered or executed. They do not change the fact that the product is software only and that you remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use it.
In Manual mode, the product may show instructions, signals, rankings, or suggested actions for you to place yourself. In Assisted mode, the product may create proposed orders for you to approve or reject. In Automated mode, the product may place orders through a supported broker API or platform within the limits and permissions you configure.
You are responsible for checking your settings before enabling automation, including max allocation, cash buffer, max position size, max order size, minimum trade size, allowed asset types, approval thresholds, and emergency pause settings.
You can pause or stop automation through the available controls, but there may be latency, open orders, broker-side processing, market movement, or platform outages that affect the timing or result of that pause.
You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your own broker account, Trading 212 account where applicable, MT4 installation, VPS, operating system, internet access, API credentials, platform credentials, and risk controls.
You are also responsible for ensuring the account balance, leverage, broker conditions, supported instruments, symbol availability, API permissions, tax-wrapper rules, and trade permissions in your environment are appropriate for your own use case.
Trading and investing involve risk. Equities and ETFs can fall in value. Leveraged products, including forex and metals, are high risk and can result in rapid and substantial losses, including the loss of your deposit and more where your broker or local rules allow that outcome.
ARX products are software. They are not investment advice, regulated financial advice, personal recommendations, account management, discretionary management, tax advice, legal advice, or any guarantee of results.
Past results, backtests, simulations, examples, portfolio screenshots, rankings, benchmark comparisons, Myfxbook links, public performance tracking, and marketing statements do not guarantee future performance. Markets change, spreads change, broker execution changes, API access changes, and working strategies can stop working.
We do not assess your full financial circumstances, objectives, knowledge, experience, risk tolerance, tax position, investment horizon, or suitability. You should take independent financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice if you need advice on your personal circumstances.
ARX products depend on third-party infrastructure and services, which may include Trading 212, MetaTrader 4, your broker, your VPS provider, Windows, internet connectivity, data providers, market-data APIs, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, and messaging platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, API changes, API withdrawal, authentication failures, bans, slippage, spread changes, FX fees, rejected orders, broker interventions, pricing anomalies, platform changes, or other issues caused by third-party providers or your own setup.
Any third-party links, broker references, VPS references, or affiliate links are offered for convenience or commercial partnership purposes only. You remain responsible for deciding whether to use them.
If you participate in any ARX affiliate or partner programme, separate affiliate programme terms may apply in addition to these customer terms.
We and our licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in ARX Sentinel, the source material, compiled files, backtester bundle, install guide, website content, branding, graphics, copy, data structures, and supporting materials.
Buying a plan gives you a licence to use the product under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software, methods, branding, or underlying intellectual property to you.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abusive chargeback behaviour, licence sharing, circumvention of our controls, unlawful activity, non-payment, or another material breach of these terms.
You may stop using the product at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself undo a completed billing cycle or automatically entitle you to a refund beyond your legal rights.
On termination or expiry, you must stop using any licence and any ongoing access rights end, except to the extent we expressly permit limited residual use or the law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Subject to the previous sentence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses, or for loss of profit, trading losses, investment losses, missed gains, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, tax consequences, or losses caused by broker execution, market movement, third-party platform failure, API failure, data error, automation settings, manual approval choices, or your own setup choices.
Subject to the first sentence of this section, our total liability relating to the affected licence or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that licence in the 12 months before the claim arose or, for a one-time lifetime purchase, the amount paid for that lifetime licence.
We may make reasonable changes to ARX Sentinel, the portal, support methods, bundled materials, pricing for future customers, and these terms where necessary to reflect product improvements, legal obligations, anti-abuse controls, platform changes, or business operations.
If we make a material change to these terms, we will publish the updated version on the website and update the 'Last updated' date. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, subject always to your mandatory rights under law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or state of residence give you additional rights that cannot be excluded.
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring claims in the courts of your home jurisdiction where the law allows it. If you are acting for a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing.
For customer-access issues, billing queries, or licence questions, use the customer portal where available or contact us through our published support channels.

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If you need a jurisdiction- specific legal review for a regulated market, local counsel should review these terms before large-scale use in that jurisdiction.
